Talking to someone, making conversations online has become difficult for someone who is not an Instagram person. Whatever you are feeling for the past year has constantly affected you in one or another way. The pain of losing somebody, the anguish of losing yourself in these times, the trauma of losing the direction of your life, the agony of seeing your close ones breaking down, the pain of not being able to meet your loved ones, everything has turned into anxiety and stress inside us. We all say that we should keep checking up on each other, everyone needs a “how are you?” text in these difficult times but are we coming out of our own elements and noticing what our not so close friend is going through?

After us helping others, it is also not wrong for us to expect a “how are you doing?” from some people. Our efforts need to be acknowledged and our pain needs to be shared.

Not able to talk to anyone creates a volcano of thoughts inside you, which you won’t realize but will burst someday and will hurt not only you but your loved ones more than you.

Everything you think in your element has a good chance of leading you to confusion and thus, anxiety. Nevertheless, not denying the fact that you should make time and think for yourself. You could overthink due to the stress around you, which might lead you to confusion. You might feel incomplete and undone. But with patience, everything will fall into place.

Sometimes you feel highly motivated and you know what to do and there are some days when you just feel numb and don’t feel like doing anything. Some days there is a lot of positivity in and around you while other days just negative vibes. You feel left out. You feel unseen. You want people to endorse you & your efforts. We all expect that.

But that should not stop us from doing what we are already doing. If what you do makes you happy, it will keep you going.

You don’t know who is going through what. You don’t know if they need the same thing that you need right now. Do that for them what you want for yourself. Because everything goes around, comes around. The positive vibes you are spreading today will come back at you someday, right when you need them. All of this anxiety is some way or the other is connecting us to ourselves, which is the strongest way of connection. We are taking off through dark phases of our life. losing, learning, celebrating, mourning, and Everything occurring is making us stronger and preparing us to fight back. We are capable of this fight because God chose us to be the warriors.
